Product Sourcing & Pricing

A significant portion of the products offered by Mini Wheel Garage (approximately 90%) are imported or internationally sourced from various countries through brands, distributors, dealers, retailers, stores, secondary markets, and individual collectors.

As many of these products are imported, discontinued, limited-edition, vintage, rare, pre-owned, or sourced from older collections and secondary markets, the selling price may not necessarily correspond to the original retail price, manufacturer’s suggested retail price, or any MRP printed on the product or packaging.

Collectible products may appreciate or depreciate in value over time based on factors including rarity, age, condition, availability, demand, edition, exclusivity, market value, sourcing costs, import costs, currency fluctuations, and current collector-market trends. Accordingly, the selling price offered by Mini Wheel Garage may be higher or lower than the product’s original retail price or printed MRP, subject to applicable laws.

Customers are encouraged to review the listed selling price, product condition, and description carefully before completing a purchase. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the selling price displayed at the time of purchase.

1Product Condition Categories

The following condition categories are intended to provide a general indication of the condition of a collectible and, where applicable, its packaging at the time of listing.

Mini Wheel Garage deals in various categories of collectibles, which may include diecast/model cars, trading cards and Trading Card Game (TCG) products, Funko Pops, action figures, anime and movie collectibles, comic books, model kits, toys, memorabilia, limited-edition merchandise, and other collectible products.

As collectibles may be sourced from manufacturers, distributors, retailers, secondary markets, individual collectors, and international suppliers, minor variations in product and packaging condition may exist.

Condition assessments are made in good faith by Mini Wheel Garage based on reasonable visual inspection and may involve a degree of subjective judgement. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all available product photographs, descriptions, condition notes, and other information provided in the listing before completing a purchase.

Condition categories provided by Mini Wheel Garage are intended as general guidance only and should not be interpreted as professional grading standards or certification from professional grading companies such as PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, CBCS, or any other third-party grading service unless expressly stated in the product listing.

1.1Mint 10/10

A product classified as Mint is considered to be in exceptional collectible condition based on our reasonable visual inspection, with no readily noticeable defects observed at the time of assessment.

Depending on the type of collectible, characteristics may include:

• Clean and well-preserved packaging;
• Sharp corners and edges;
• No readily visible major creases, dents, tears, cracks, or structural damage;
• Clean card, box, book, or product surfaces;
• Minimal or no noticeable handling wear; and
• An overall premium collectible presentation.

For TCG cards and comic books, Mint refers only to Mini Wheel Garage’s general visual assessment and does not constitute or guarantee a professional numerical grade.

For packaged collectibles, the condition classification may primarily describe the overall product and packaging presentation unless otherwise specified.

Mint does not mean guaranteed perfection. Minor factory imperfections, print variations, centering variations, microscopic scratches, paint inconsistencies, surface marks, production defects, packaging imperfections, or other characteristics visible only under close or magnified inspection may still exist.

For general reference, Mini Wheel Garage considers Mint condition approximately 10/10 under our internal condition assessment.

1.2Near Mint 8/10 – 9/10

A product classified as Near Mint is considered to be in very good collectible condition with only minor cosmetic imperfections.

Depending on the collectible, these may include:

• Minor shelf or storage wear;
• Very small edge wear;
• Slightly soft corners;
• Minor surface marks;
• Light scratches;
• Small printing imperfections;
• Minor card, box, blister, book, or packaging imperfections; or
• Other minor signs of handling or storage.

The overall presentation remains highly collectible and suitable for display or collection.

For TCG cards and comic books, Near Mint represents Mini Wheel Garage’s general visual condition assessment and should not be interpreted as equivalent to any particular grade assigned by a professional grading company.

For general reference, Mini Wheel Garage considers Near Mint approximately 8/10 to 9/10 under our internal condition assessment.

1.3Cracked Blister / Damaged Protective Packaging

This classification applies where transparent blister packaging, plastic windows, protective shells, or similar packaging components show visible cracks, splits, fractures, separation, or structural damage.

Examples may include:

• Hairline cracks;
• Corner cracks;
• Partial blister separation;
• Cracked plastic windows;
• Damaged protective shells; or
• Structural damage to transparent packaging.

The collectible itself may remain sealed and unaffected unless otherwise stated in the listing.

1.4Creased Card / Packaging

This classification applies where the cardboard backing, retail card, product sleeve, outer packaging, or similar packaging material shows visible creasing, folding, bending, or pressure marks.

Examples may include:

• Front or rear card creases;
• Corner folds;
• Surface pressure marks;
• Visible card bending;
• Sleeve creases; or
• Packaging deformation.

The collectible may still remain sealed and displayable depending on the nature and severity of the affected area.

1.5J-Hook Crease / Bend

This classification primarily applies to carded collectibles.

A J-Hook Crease / Bend means that the hanging-tab or retail hook portion of the card shows bending, folding, creasing, tearing, or deformation.

Examples may include:

• Bent hanging tab;
• Folded retail hook area;
• Creased upper card section; or
• Minor damage surrounding the hanging hole.

Such damage is generally limited to the hanging portion and may not affect the main artwork, blister, or primary display area.

1.6Damaged Box / Card / Pack

This classification applies where the packaging has visible cosmetic or structural damage beyond ordinary minor shelf wear.

Depending on the collectible, examples may include:

• Dented boxes;
• Torn packaging;
• Crushed corners;
• Significant creases;
• Water-related packaging damage;
• Packaging punctures;
• Heavy shelf wear;
• Damaged plastic windows;
• Torn wrappers;
• Significant edge or corner damage; or
• Other noticeable packaging deterioration.

The severity and nature of damage may vary between products. Customers should carefully review available product photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

1.7Pre-Owned

A Pre-Owned collectible has previously been owned, opened, displayed, stored, handled, or used by another individual or collector.

Pre-owned products may show:

• Signs of handling;
• Minor scratches or wear;
• Display-related imperfections;
• Missing factory seals;
• Packaging wear;
• Dust or storage-related marks;
• Minor paint or surface wear; or
• Other age or ownership-related characteristics.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, pre-owned products are sold in their existing disclosed condition and may not include all original accessories, inserts, packaging, certificates, manuals, promotional materials, or other originally supplied components.

1.8Loose / Unboxed

A Loose or Unboxed collectible is sold without some or all of its original retail packaging.

This may include diecast cars removed from blister cards, figures removed from boxes, individual TCG cards removed from booster products, accessories separated from original packaging, or other collectibles sold outside their original sealed retail packaging.

The condition of the collectible itself will be described or photographed where reasonably possible.

A Loose or Unboxed classification does not automatically mean Mint condition. The actual condition of the collectible should be determined from the applicable condition description, photographs, and listing information.

Original packaging, accessories, inserts, stands, certificates, manuals, or other components should not be assumed to be included unless specifically stated.

1.9Sealed Products

A product described as Sealed remains within its original sealed packaging based on our reasonable inspection.

This may include:

• TCG booster packs;
• Booster boxes;
• Collection boxes;
• Factory-sealed diecast products;
• Sealed figures;
• Model kits;
• Comic bundles;
• Blind boxes; or
• Other factory-packaged collectibles.

Unless specifically guaranteed by the manufacturer, Mini Wheel Garage does not guarantee the contents, pull rates, rarity, card distribution, chase pieces, manufacturing quality, or condition of individual items contained inside a sealed product.

Opening a sealed collectible generally changes its condition and may affect its collectible or resale value.

1.10Trading Cards / TCG Products

Raw or ungraded trading cards sold by Mini Wheel Garage are assessed visually where reasonably possible.

Potential characteristics may include centering, corners, edges, surfaces, print quality, factory lines, scratches, whitening, print defects, and other manufacturing or handling characteristics.

Any condition description provided by Mini Wheel Garage is an informal assessment only and does not guarantee that a card will receive any particular grade if submitted to PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or another professional grading company.

For professionally graded cards, the grade and certification displayed are those assigned by the relevant third-party grading company. Mini Wheel Garage does not independently guarantee or reproduce the grading company’s assessment.

Customers purchasing graded collectibles are encouraged to verify certification details with the relevant grading company where applicable.

1.11Comic Books

Comic books may exhibit characteristics resulting from printing, distribution, handling, storage, or age.

These may include:

• Spine ticks;
• Corner wear;
• Edge wear;
• Printing variations;
• Colour variations;
• Minor bends;
• Surface marks;
• Page ageing or discolouration;
• Cover imperfections; or
• Other age-related characteristics.

Unless a comic book has been professionally graded and is expressly listed as such, any condition description provided by Mini Wheel Garage represents only our general visual assessment and should not be interpreted as an official comic grading standard.

2Shipping Policy

2.1Processing Time

All in-stock products are generally processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days following successful receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated.

Processing and dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational requirements, peak demand, public holidays, courier availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.2Logistics Partners

Orders may be shipped through Shiprocket, Delhivery, or another logistics provider selected by Mini Wheel Garage based on availability, serviceability, shipment characteristics, and operational requirements.

Tracking information will ordinarily be provided after dispatch where tracking is available.

2.3Shipping Coverage & Charges

Mini Wheel Garage currently ships to serviceable locations across India through our designated logistics partners.

Our standard shipping charges are:

These charges generally apply to standard-sized collectible products. For unusually large, heavy, fragile, or oversized products or shipments, additional shipping or packaging charges may apply. Where applicable, the customer will be informed before dispatch.

Shipping availability remains subject to courier serviceability at the customer’s delivery location.

2.4Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and serviceable shipping information.

Mini Wheel Garage will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns to origin, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where the issue results from an error attributable to Mini Wheel Garage.

Additional shipping charges may apply where an order must be reshipped due to incorrect customer-provided information.

2.5Courier Handling

Once an order has been handed over to the applicable logistics provider, delivery and handling are performed by that independent third-party carrier.

Mini Wheel Garage will take reasonable care when packaging products and will provide reasonable assistance in raising or coordinating legitimate courier-related complaints.

Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

2.6Lost or Delayed Shipments

Where a shipment is reported lost, significantly delayed, or undelivered by the logistics provider, Mini Wheel Garage will reasonably assist the customer in raising the matter with the applicable carrier.

Any refund, replacement, insurance claim, or other remedy will depend upon the circumstances of the shipment, applicable courier policies, insurance coverage, and rights available under applicable law.

2.7Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by weather, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, public holidays, strikes, governmental actions, natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside Mini Wheel Garage’s reasonable control.

2.8Direct Collection – Coimbatore

Customers may request direct collection of eligible orders in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu at no additional shipping cost.

Direct collection is available only by prior arrangement with the Mini Wheel Garage team. Customers must confirm the collection date, time, and availability before arriving.

Walk-in collection without prior confirmation is not guaranteed.

3Quality Assurance (QA), Returns & Replacement Policy

At Mini Wheel Garage, we take reasonable care to inspect and package products prior to dispatch.

As many of our products are collectibles, imported products, limited-edition releases, sealed products, pre-owned items, and display pieces, customers should carefully review the product description, photographs, disclosed condition, and applicable policies before completing a purchase.

3.1General Returns

Except where otherwise required under applicable law or expressly agreed by Mini Wheel Garage, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds solely due to:

• Change of mind;
• Buyer’s remorse;
• Subsequent increases or decreases in market or resale value;
• Incorrect product selection by the customer;
• Minor manufacturing variations;
• Paint, print, centering, assembly, or production inconsistencies commonly associated with collectible products;
• Minor packaging or cosmetic imperfections consistent with the disclosed condition;
• Dissatisfaction with the contents or pulls obtained from legitimately sealed blind, mystery, or TCG products; or
• Courier or external delays outside Mini Wheel Garage’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3.2Reporting an Issue

Customers should report any damage, incorrect product, missing item, or other eligible issue within 48 hours of recorded delivery.

Claims should include:

• A continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning before the shipping package is opened and continuing through inspection of the products;
• Clear footage of the outer shipping packaging;
• Clear footage of the shipping label; and
• Clear photographs or video demonstrating the reported issue.

The absence of sufficient supporting evidence may affect Mini Wheel Garage’s ability to verify and resolve a claim.

3.3Resolution of Approved Claims

Where Mini Wheel Garage verifies and approves an eligible claim, an appropriate remedy may be provided depending on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable law.

Partial Refund

A reasonable partial refund may be offered based on the nature, severity, and impact of the verified issue.

Replacement

Where replacement inventory is available, Mini Wheel Garage may offer a replacement.

Any shipping responsibilities associated with the replacement will be communicated based on the circumstances giving rise to the claim and applicable law.

Where replacement inventory is unavailable, Mini Wheel Garage may offer an appropriate alternative remedy, which may include a partial or full refund where applicable.

3.4Exclusions

Subject to applicable consumer law, QA support generally does not cover:

• Damage occurring after successful delivery;
• Improper handling, misuse, modification, opening, or storage by the customer;
• Imperfections clearly disclosed in the product listing;
• Characteristics consistent with the stated product condition;
• Minor manufacturing tolerances or variations commonly found in collectibles;
• Dissatisfaction with TCG pull rates or contents of legitimately sealed randomised products;
• Failure of an ungraded collectible to achieve an expected professional grade;
• Normal ageing or deterioration consistent with the disclosed age and condition of vintage or pre-owned collectibles;
• Claims submitted outside the applicable reporting period where the delay prevents reasonable verification; or
• Claims that cannot reasonably be verified from the evidence supplied.

3.5Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Mini Wheel Garage reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to reject claims reasonably determined to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, manipulated, or unsupported.

Mini Wheel Garage may restrict or suspend accounts associated with repeated fraudulent claims, deliberate policy abuse, chargeback fraud, or similar misconduct.

4General Terms & Conditions

4.1Nature of Collectibles

Collectible products and their packaging may contain manufacturing imperfections, paint variations, printing variations, assembly inconsistencies, packaging creases, shelf wear, sticker residue, dents, card centering variations, surface marks, factory lines, age-related wear, or other cosmetic characteristics.

Such characteristics may occur naturally during manufacturing, packaging, distribution, transportation, storage, or normal ageing.

Customers should review available photographs, product descriptions, and condition information before purchasing.

4.2Product Images

Product images displayed on the Platform may be representative unless the listing expressly states that photographs depict the exact item being sold.

Actual packaging, colour, accessories, artwork, markings, card designs, production details, regional packaging, and other characteristics may vary due to manufacturer updates, production batches, regional variations, photography, lighting, or display settings.

Where the condition of an individual collectible materially affects its value, Mini Wheel Garage may provide photographs of the actual item where reasonably practicable.

4.3Release Dates and Estimated Arrival

Product release dates, pre-order ETAs, and expected arrival dates are estimates based on information received from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers.

Such dates may change due to production delays, allocation changes, customs clearance, international transportation, supplier decisions, licensing delays, or other circumstances beyond Mini Wheel Garage’s reasonable control.

Mini Wheel Garage will endeavour to communicate material delays where reasonably practicable.

4.4Pre-Orders

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, pre-order deposits are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed with our supplier.

A pre-order deposit cannot ordinarily be transferred, exchanged, or adjusted against another order.

Exceptions may apply where Mini Wheel Garage cannot fulfil the order, the supplier or manufacturer cancels the product, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Separate Pre-Order Terms & Conditions may apply to pre-order transactions and will form part of these Terms where applicable.

4.5Inventory and Supplier Allocation

All orders are subject to stock verification and, where applicable, supplier or distributor allocation.

If Mini Wheel Garage is unable to fulfil a paid order due to an inventory discrepancy, allocation reduction, supplier cancellation, or other circumstances, Mini Wheel Garage may cancel the affected product and provide an appropriate refund.

4.6Force Majeure

Mini Wheel Garage shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, governmental restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, cyber incidents, supplier shortages, war, civil disturbances, or similar force majeure events, subject to applicable law.

4.7Pricing, Description and Technical Errors

Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, pricing, inventory, product descriptions, photographs, promotions, specifications, or other information may occasionally contain errors.

Where an obvious pricing, inventory, description, or technical error occurs, Mini Wheel Garage may correct the error or cancel the affected order prior to fulfilment and provide an appropriate refund of amounts paid for the cancelled product.

4.8Fraud and Abuse

Mini Wheel Garage reserves the right to refuse transactions, limit quantities, request additional verification, restrict account functionality, or suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, policy abuse, manipulation of Platform features, automated purchasing abuse, or other unlawful or abusive activity.

4.9Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Mini Wheel Garage first and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to investigate and resolve genuine transaction disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or deliberate abuse of payment dispute mechanisms may result in account restrictions and other remedies available under applicable law.

4.10Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Mini Wheel Garage’s original website design, branding, logos, photographs, written content, graphics, promotional materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mini Wheel Garage and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior permission.

Third-party trademarks, characters, franchises, product names, logos, artwork, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale or display of a third-party branded collectible by Mini Wheel Garage does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership with the relevant rights holder unless expressly stated.

4.11Account Suspension or Termination

Mini Wheel Garage may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of policies, harassment or abusive conduct towards staff or other users, security risks, or other serious misuse of the Platform.

4.12Cookies and Analytics

Mini Wheel Garage may use cookies, analytics services, advertising technologies, and similar tools to operate the Platform, understand usage, improve customer experience, measure marketing effectiveness, personalize content, and maintain security.

5Additional Service Terms

Certain services available through Mini Wheel Garage are subject to additional terms and conditions.

These may include:

Where customers use any of these services, the applicable additional terms will form part of their agreement with Mini Wheel Garage.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and terms specifically governing a particular service, the service-specific terms will apply to that service to the extent of the conflict.

6Changes to These Terms

Mini Wheel Garage may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform together with an updated Effective Date.

Unless otherwise required by law, changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen from completed transactions.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
